INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients

2.2 lbs. peeled, semi-boiled potatoes

2 sliced onions

Salt and pepper

1.3 cups cream

a stick of butter

Thyme, tarragon and other fresh herbs

PREPARATION:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 320 -“ 360ºF.

  • Place the potato slices with the sliced onions, salt, pepper and cream in an ovenproof dish that has been pre-warmed.

  • Cover the slices with butter and any herbs at your disposal.

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  • Serve from the ovenproof dish.
