Red Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

0.2 lbs. red cabbage head

0.2 lbs. ordinary cabbage

0.1 lbs. fennel

½ cucumber

½ tsp. sugar

½ tsp. salt

2-3 tbs. pear or apple vinegar

PREPARATION:

  • Chop all the vegetables, preferably using a cheese slicer and place them in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt and vinegar to taste. Allow the salad to cool down before serving.
