Cloudberry Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
List of ingredients
2 cups/2 ½ dl full fat milk
2 cups/2 ½ dl heavy cream
8 egg yolks
1 cup/2 ½ dl cloudberry preserves
More sugar to taste
PREPARATION:
Whisk together egg yolks.
Combine milk and cream in a pot. Bring to a boil. Pour the hot milk mixture into the egg yolks while whisking.
Stir in cloudberry preserves. Let cool to room temperature.
Freeze in an ice cream maker, or place in the freezer and stir every 15 minutes or so, until frozen.
