Salmon with Warm Grapes and Crown Dill
This is a delicious dish with origins from a restaurant in Barcelona. I use grapes from the Braastad winery and a Swedish spice called crown dill, which is cooked in a peppery olive oil. This is as simple as it gets.
INGREDIENTS:
List of ingredients
14 oz. (or ¾ lb.) fresh salmon filet
1 ¼ cup grapes (picked off the stems)
2 shallots, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Pineau des Charentes
1 bunch crown dill
1 pinch of sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
