Whey Cheese Shake
INGREDIENTS:

Makes one large drink.
List of ingredients
1 cup (2 ½ dl) milk
1 cup (2 ½ dl) yoghurt
1 oz. (25-30 g) mysost (Norwegian whey cheese)
1-2 tsp. chopped wild marjoram or thyme
PREPARATION:
Pour a bit of the milk into a pan and heat.
Transfer to a blender, add the cheese and liquidize until the cheese has disintegrated.
Add the remaining ingredients and liquidize until everything has been well mixed.
Serve ice cold, decorated with more wild marjoram.
