Andreas’ Java – a Sweet Cinnamon Coffee Drink
INGREDIENTS:

½ cup (1 dl) espresso
½ cup (1 dl) cream
½ cup (1 dl) milk
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
½ stick of whole cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Whisk together the milk, sugar and egg yolk in a pot over low heat (up to 140ºF/º60C).
Add the cinnamon.
Keep the pot on moderate heat and stir constantly until hot, otherwise, it will split like a custard.
Whip the cream until it becomes velvety.
Serve in a mug and pour over the triple shot of espresso. Add the cream on top and enjoy!
