Crushed Dill Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
List of ingredients
8 medium-sized boiled potatoes
1 tbs. butter
2 tbs. finely chopped dill
1 tsp. dill seeds
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Crush the potatoes using the back of your hand, and fold them into the chopped dill, dill seeds, salt and pepper.
Fry in butter in a medium-hot pan until the potatoes are golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle the top with more fresh dill before serving.
