1 ½ cup (1 dl) mayonnaise

1 cup (2 dl) sour cream

5 garlic cloves, peeled

PREPARATION:

  • Roast the garlic cloves in a frying pan until golden brown (using no oil or butter).

  • Chop the garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients before seasoning with salt and pepper.
