Mussels Steamed in their Own Water with Wild Herbs

INGREDIENTS:

Servings: snack for 2

List of ingredients

1 lb. (450-500 g) mussels

A small handful of sea plantain and sea campion

A small handful of stonecrop and sea arrowgrass

PREPARATION:

  • Place the mussels in a dry pan over high heat. When liquid starts to seep out, add the sea plantain and sea campion. Allow the mussels to sizzle until they start to open.

  • Place them on a plate and sprinkle the stonecrop and sea arrowgrass on top. Pour over the stock collected in the pan.
