Mussels Steamed in their Own Water with Wild Herbs

1 lb. (450-500 g) mussels
A small handful of sea plantain and sea campion
A small handful of stonecrop and sea arrowgrass
PREPARATION:
Place the mussels in a dry pan over high heat. When liquid starts to seep out, add the sea plantain and sea campion. Allow the mussels to sizzle until they start to open.
Place them on a plate and sprinkle the stonecrop and sea arrowgrass on top. Pour over the stock collected in the pan.
