Fish Burger – Arctic Char in a Steamed Bun Served with Cucumber Salad

2 fillets of arctic char (1 Ib. /450 g)
Butter
Strong mustard
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tbs. grated horseradish
1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Steamed buns/steamed hamburger buns (can be purchased at most Asian food shops)
PREPARATION:
Fry the fillets skin side down in butter in a hot frying pan for about 3 minutes. Spread mustard on top of the fillets before turning them, and fry them for another minute on the other side.
Mix cucumber, horseradish, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the hamburger buns. Arrange the fish and cucumber salad and serve!
