Zesty Citrus Ceviche with Creamy Guacamole
Ingredients:
For Ceviche:
Fresh fish, cubed
Salt
Lemon juice
Lime juice
For Guacamole:
2 avocados, pitted and mashed
½ teaspoon salt
30-45 ml (2-3 tablespoons) olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
For Plating:
Prepared Ceviche
Guacamole
Mayonnaise
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh herbs and edible flowers
Instructions:
Marinate the cubed fish in a mixture of salt, lemon juice, and lime juice for 5-6 minutes.
In a separate bowl, prepare the guacamole by mashing avocados, salt, olive oil, and lime juice together.
Spread the guacamole onto serving plates.
Arrange the marinated fish on top of the guacamole.
Drizzle with a touch of mayonnaise.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and edible flowers.
