4 oz cod fillet, finely sliced

the juice from ½ lime

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Place the slices of fish on a plate.

  • Add lime juice and vinegar, sprinkle with thyme.

  • Add oil. Season with salt and pepper.
