Salad with Pear Dressing
INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients
0.9 lbs. green lettuce, preferably a mixture of several different types
0.45 lbs. finely chopped baby carrots, radishes, and spring onions
You can also decorate your salad with edible flowers if you feel like it.
2-3 tbs. pear vinegar, or any other type of white vinegar
1-2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. salt
0.4 cup rapeseed oil
PREPARATION:
Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry them well, preferably using a salad spinner.
Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and oil in a jam jar, screw the lid on tightly and shake well.
Put the dressing on the salad just before serving.
