Creamed Green Cabbage
INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. (450 g) green cabbage
1 tsp. butter
½ cup (1 dl) cream
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Place the cabbage and butter in a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Keep turning the cabbage until it starts to collapse.
Pour in the cream and allow it to sizzle until the cabbage has collapsed and the cream starts to thicken slightly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
