Creamed Green Cabbage

INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients

1 lb. (450 g) green cabbage

1 tsp. butter

½ cup (1 dl) cream

Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Place the cabbage and butter in a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Keep turning the cabbage until it starts to collapse.

  • Pour in the cream and allow it to sizzle until the cabbage has collapsed and the cream starts to thicken slightly.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
