Pear and Horseradish Sauce

2 pears, peeled and seeded

1 tablespoon grated horseradish

1 red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons cold pressed Canola oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

Salt and black pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Cut the pear into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
