Mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp. mustard
2 egg yolks
1 ¼ cup rapeseed oil
Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
¼ tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper
PREPARATION:
Stir together mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Slowly add the oil a little at a time while whisking continuously. Season with salt and pepper.
