160 ml (2/3 cup) granulated sugar
Instructions:
In a pot, bring the grapes to a boil to release their liquids.
Stir in the granulated sugar and let the mixture gently boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
Skim any foam from the surface with a spoon to clarify the jam.
Serve the jam on the same day alongside a cheese platter for a sweet and tangy accompaniment.
