Nougat with Almonds and Hazelnuts

List of ingredients
½ lb (250 g) nougat
¼ lb. (125 g) dark chocolate
2 oz (50 g) flaked almonds
2 oz (50 g) chopped roasted hazelnuts 1 ¾ oz (50 g) raisins
2 oz (50 g) walnuts
Zest of 1 orange
PREPARATION:
Melt the nougat and chocolate in a saucepan over another saucepan with boiling water. When it is completely melted together, mix in the nuts. You may chop the nuts before adding them if you prefer smaller bites.
Line a bread loaf tin with waxed paper.
Pour in the mixture. Let it harden for a few hours in the fridge before removing it.
Cut to pieces and EAT!
